Flu Vaccination Programme
Between October and November you will be contacted to pre-book a date and time for your Flu Vaccination day. In early February, we will send you an employee promotion kit.
The kit contains:
- A poster promoting your flu vaccination day
- Patient leaflets explaining the flu and its possible complications
- Consent forms
A few days before the clinic, one of our nurses will call you to confirm the details of the vaccination day.
On the day of the program, our nurses will set up, run the clinic and offer a complimentary chocolate to the employees.
At the end of the session, a nurse will give you any necessary feedback and ask you to respond to a short survey. Your survey response will be used to further improve the service.
